Exchange Policy

In order to be eligible for an exchange, your product(s) should meet the following criteria:

  • We require such item(s) be exchanged only if they are defective or damaged within 7 business days. If it has been longer than 7 working days, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer you an exchange.
  • Your item must be unused and kept in the same condition as delivered. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • We require a receipt or proof of purchase in order for your exchange to be completed.
